DELIVERY TIMES
The delivery times indicated must be considered purely indicative; in promotional or sales periods, they may be subject to variations. A delay with respect to the same does not entitle the Customer to refuse delivery and to request compensation or indemnity.

For all orders placed during the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), shipping will be made on the first available working day.

Returns and Refunds Policy – ​​Miss Cheri Lab
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without having to provide explanations and without penalty, except as provided in point VI (hereinafter “Right of Withdrawal” or “Withdrawal”).
The Withdrawal may concern either the entire order or only a part of the Products purchased.

The Right of Withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days from the date on which the Customer acquired physical possession of the Products.
The right of withdrawal provides that shipping costs are refunded in any case, while return costs are borne by the consumer.
NB any taxes or customs charges are the responsibility of the Customer.

Shipping costs: These are the costs that the consumer pays for the delivery of the product. When exercising the right of withdrawal, these are reimbursed by the seller

Return costs: These are the costs that the consumer incurs to return the product to the seller (even if the customer has taken advantage of free shipping at the time of purchase),

How to exercise the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a written communication to the following email address: info@misscherilab.it specifying the order number, name and surname of the account holder and, optionally, the reason for the withdrawal (the indication of the reason is not mandatory and does not affect the right of withdrawal, but it is useful to improve the service and is treated anonymously in compliance with privacy regulations).
After receiving the Withdrawal notice, we will send the Customer a confirmation via email and the instructions for returning the products.

Conditions for the Right of Withdrawal
The following terms govern the exercise of the Right of Withdrawal:

Withdrawal of the entire Product: The Right of Withdrawal applies to the entire Product purchased; it is not possible to exercise the Withdrawal for only a part of a Product composed of multiple components.

Refund: In case of correct exercise of the Withdrawal, Miss Cheri Lab will refund the entire amount paid for the Products within 14 days of receiving the Withdrawal notice. The refund may be suspended until the returned Products are received.

Refund Method: The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Return of Products: The Customer must return the Products within 14 days of the communication of Withdrawal.

Product Condition: The Products must be returned intact, in their original packaging and complete with all their parts (including packaging and accessory documentation). Non-compliant returns will not be accepted.
